What happens when you delete
- Your listings, events, offers and marketplace items are removed from public view straight away.
- Any unused credits are forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- Any paid promotions stop immediately and are not refunded.
- Reviews you've written are kept but shown as from a deleted user, so other businesses' ratings aren't affected.
- Your account is deleted 30 days from now. You can cancel before then by signing in to the Citivo app.
- Payment and tax records are kept for 8 years, unlinked from your identity, as Indian law requires. Some other records may be retained where the law requires it.
Your account is scheduled for deletion
Your listings and content have already been removed from public view, and you've been signed out everywhere.
Changed your mind? You can cancel any time before that date by signing in to the Citivo app. You'll need to reinstall it if you've removed it — cancelling isn't possible from this page.
